Referral Program

How it works:

1. Get your referral code from your rewards page.
2. Share your referral code with your friends to fill up at checkout page, right below the office details.
3. Get your friend(s) to complete their first order, and reap the rewards! You will receive 200 loyalty points, while your friend(s) gets RM 2 store credit for their future purchases.

Referral Program T&Cs

1. General
   1. The referral program (“Referral” or “Program”) is operated by kantan (CFD Holdings Sdn. Bhd.) and will run indefinitely or until a specified date as determined by kantan from time to time with notice to you.
   2. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and agree that any decision made by kantan shall be final and binding.
2. Eligibility
   1. All existing kantan customers (collectively, “Eligible customers”, “you” or “your”) are eligible to participate in the referral program.
3. Program Mechanics and Qualifying Criteria:
   1. To be eligible for the referral reward, Eligible customers must fulfill the following (collectively “Qualifying Criteria”):
      1. You must have an existing kantan account;
      2. You must go to the kantan website, sign in and retrieve your unique referral code from your “rewards” page to be shared with your friends and family who are not existing kantan customers (“Referee”) to create a kantan account, and;
      3. Your Referee must fill in your referral code at the checkout page of their first and successfully complete their first order (“Successful Referral”)
   2. An Eligible Customer may refer to kantan any number of Referees each of whom shall be an individual and not an existing customer of kantan. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Customer may not refer himself/ herself for this Program.
4. Program Reward
   1. Eligible Customers who have fulfilled the Qualifying Criteria set out under Clause 3 above shall be eligible to receive the following Program Reward, subject to the Program Reward Eligibility:
      1. Program Reward:
         1. Eligible Customer: 200 loyalty points
         2. Referee: RM 2 Store Credit
      2. Program Reward Eligibility:
         1. Eligible Customers will be eligible to receive the Program Reward (for Eligible Customers) multiple times, one (1) for each Successful Referral
         2. Referee will be eligible to receive the Program Reward (for Referee) only one (1) time, upon successful completion their first order.
      3. Crediting of Program Reward: The Program Reward will be credited to an Eligible Customer’s kantan account and the Referee’s kantan account instantly after a Referee successfully completes their first order with kantan. In exceptional cases, crediting of Program Reward could take up to 2 weeks from the date the Referee successfully completes their first order using the referral code.
   2. If Kantan subsequently discovers that an Eligible Customer has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or there is any error or mistake in the crediting of the Program Reward, Kantan reserves the right to refuse to credit the Program Reward or amend, correct or adjust the Program Reward, or debit the amount of the Program Reward, if already awarded, from the Eligible Customer’s account.
5. General Terms and Conditions:
   1. Kantan reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the referral program, or amend the terms and conditions of the program at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the program, kantan’s decision shall be final and binding.

Who can I refer as part of the program?

Anyone who does not have an existing kantan account yet! For the avoidance of doubt, you may not refer yourself for this Program.

What reward can I earn as part of the program?

For every successful referral, you earn 200 points for yourself and give the friend you referred RM 2 store credit. That’s not all, you can do this unlimited times!

All referral reward will be rewarded to the respective parties instantly upon first order completion of the referee.

Where do I get my referral code?

You can retrieve your unique referral code at your rewards page, within your loyalty card.

Where does my referee input the referral code?

At the checkout page of their first order. There will be a referral code input field right below the office location details.
