4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through our website. You agree to provide accurate information when orders are placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4.2 Menu Changes from Kantan
Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you in the relevant Whatsapp Group and offer a substitute or refund in store credit.
4.3 Payment
All payments for orders must be made through our designated payment methods. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4.4 Refunds
All refunds are issued as Kantan store credit, usable for future purchases. Refunds via bank account are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4.4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a refund.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled at least 2 days before the delivery date. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Cancelled orders will be refunded through Kantan Store Credit.
4.4.2 Refund Process
To request a refund or order cancellation, please contact us through Whatsapp at +60123349144 with your order number and details. We will process the request and notify you.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Policy
We do not charge any delivery fees, and delivery is only available within designated buildings in Malaysia. We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time; however, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
5.2 Delivery Tracking
We proactively update the status of our delivery in the relevant WhatsApp group that you join upon placing an order. If there are significant delays, we will notify you in the WhatsApp group as soon as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our Services are owned by or licensed to CFD Holdings Sdn Bhd. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
